The Santalucía IMPULSA project not only has innovative startups, behind them there are a series of mentors who strive every day to help our entrepreneurs to advance their project. Throughout the acceleration program, we have had the opportunity to interview some of them, such as Fernando Caravaca and Cristian Alonso. This week Carolina Castro, mentor of the startup Wibber she sat down with us to tell us about her experience mentoring a startup and to talk to us about the project itself. We already had the opportunity to interview the entrepreneurs who form Wibber and it's great to also have the point of view of your mentor. In addition to being a mentor in the Santalucía IMPULSA acceleration program, Carolyn works in marketing and customer management at Santalucía insurance, so his vision is really useful for a project such as Wibber. Carolyn has explained to us what it can bring to entrepreneurs and what their strong point is. “I can offer them the vision of marketing and, above all, the vision of a global and integrated customer in the business, as well as the knowledge acquired in the years I have been at home,” said the mentor. In addition, she told us why she was encouraged to mentor a startup in Santalucía IMPULSA. “Above all, the desire to learn, since I believe that it should never be lost, must always be alive, and those to teach, too, of course, but there is more to working with people than the knowledge I can impart, and finally to contribute my grain of sand to a strategic project of the company” He told us Carolyn.

She, like the rest of the Santalucía IMPULSA team, believes that Wibber it's a startup with a lot of potential. “Your solution will guide small businesses to consolidate their brand on social networks without wasting their time, thanks to a powerful system of intelligent recommendations they have, and above all the youth and enthusiasm of the team,” explained the mentor. From Santalucía IMPULSA we want to thank Carolina Castro, as well as the rest of the mentors, their participation and great involvement in this project.
