We interviewed the CEO of the startup Sentimer Technologies
This week we interviewed José Gómez Moreno, the CEO of Sentimer Technologies, one of the startups participating in the Santalucía IMPULSA acceleration program of Santa Lucía.Sentimer Technologies is an insurtech company that offers insurance and financial companies an Artificial Intelligence platform that allows them to personalize each relationship with their customers in marketing, recruitment, cross-telling and customer service. That is to say, Sentimer Technologies = Chatbots and Artificial Intelligence for insurance sales, advice and customer service.Its CEO, José Gómez Moreno, told us what his best decision was in relation to the company and how its name was born. He also told us about what he considers most important to participate in the acceleration program of Santalucía IMPULSA and what was his reference when it came to starting a business. “Ideas are important, but my experience says that when a few weeks pass your idea changes, so being important I think it's 1% of idea and 99% of execution,” said José.
