Intrapreneurs and startups continue to train in Santalucía IMPULSA

Our entrepreneurs and startups are at their best! Since the acceleration program began, they have carried out individual mentoring sessions and group training activities. The last one took place on April 16 in the Plaza España building (Madrid). This time our entrepreneurs and startups had a very special speaker, Rafael Garrido, Entrepreneur and investment in digital projects, and Founder and CEO of Vitamin K, a venture capital dedicated to investing in technology-based companies and the Internet in their early stages. During the workshop, Rafael Garrido, shared with the participants of the program Santalucía IMPULSA, its expansive andExperience as a founder and investor in Internet and digital companies. After presenting their trajectory, each project presented their current situation and they consulted questions and approaches to which Rafael proposed alternatives and actions to resolve them. As this was a group session, all the projects were able to draw on the different advice that Rafael provided to each one. Once the session is over, the entrepreneurs and startups were able to network among them, with their mentors and with the workshop speaker. The participants of Santalucía IMPULSA they made the most of the session and they turned to it to make the most of having a speaker who has experience in digital entrepreneurship, management and management of companies, Venture Capital, E-commerce, UX, design, Online Marketing and Technology.
The knowledge acquired by entrepreneurs and startups is added to what they have already obtained from their first training workshop about “Company Culture and Team Building” with Cristina Bertrand, former CEO at 11870.com and Luis Paris, Co-Founder & CEO at Parclick. We must not forget that in addition to these group workshops, the participants of the acceleration program hold individual mentoring sessions, all of them with mentors from the innovation team of Santa Lucía, and the entrepreneurship consultant Cink Emprender:
