Intrapreneurs and startups in the middle of their acceleration with Santalucía IMPULSA
Intrapreneurs and startups that participate in Santalucía IMPULSA, the acceleration program of Santa Lucía are making great strides in their projects. So much so that they have already reached the Equator of the program. On May 8, it took place in the building of Plaza España (Madrid), in Santalucía the fourth individual mentoring session, and the third group training workshop. The projects are already working on their Minimum Viable Product, and the time has come to learn how to execute a sales process from start to finish. To this end, they carried out a group activity with Luis Monge, CEO and Co-founder of Clever Consulting. The purpose of the session was to teach Everything an entrepreneur should know about sales before designing a product or service, and of course it was. Luis helped entrepreneurs and startups, through this activity, to understand what the customer wants and what the customer says has nothing to do with it. Once this was understood, we studied the best way to execute a sales process from start to finish. During the session, a series of fundamentals were explained for anyone who wishes to undertake:
- The differences between marketing, advertising and sales
- The types of buyers that can be found.
- The types of sellers that exist.
Demand generation, both active and passive, was also discussed. Finally, all attendees were able to perform a networking session, in which they presented their particular situations, offered their point of view to their colleagues, and shared ideas and solutions.
Both entrepreneurs and startups were able to take advantage of the opportunity and make the most of group training. But the journey does not end here, they still have a lot to learn and add to the knowledge already acquired in other workshops such as “Company culture and team building” with Cristina Bertrand, former CEO at 11870.com and Luis Paris, Co-Founder & CEO at Parclick, and the workshop given by Rafael Garrido, Entrepreneur and investment in digital projects, and Founder and CEO of Vitamin K, in which they obtained an investor's point of view. But all the effort was not invested in group activity, the entrepeneurs and startups also worked individually with the mentors of their projects, both from the innovation team of Santa Lucía, such as the business consultant, Cink Emprender:
- BDEO It has the support Natalia Gallego, Head of Culture of Innovation at Santa Lucía, and Carlos Cendra, Startup Consultant and Mentor in Cink Emprender.

It is these mentoring sessions and group workshops that help entrepreneurs to make significant progress, and have led them to Equator of the acceleration program Santalucía IMPULSA. Now it only remains to complete half of it to demonstrate everything learned on the big day of the final: The Demo Day, which will take place on June 28th. Until then, they will have new individual mentoring sessions and 3 group training workshops that will help them prepare for the final. From Santalucía IMPULSA we want to thank all the participants for the effort they make every day. We also want to recognize the commendable work of mentors and trainers who help entrepreneurs and startups to improve their projects. We keep moving forward!
