Intrapreneurs and startups in the final stretch of the Santalucía IMPULSA program

The final of Santalucía IMPULSA, the acceleration program of Santa Lucía, is getting closer. The long-awaited Demo Day will be held on June 28 and our entrepreneurs and startups continue to do their best to claim the winning position, although for us they are already real champions. Since the acceleration program gave start, entrepreneurs and startups have held individual mentoring sessions, complemented by group workshops. The last of these sessions took place last Tuesday, May 22, in the Plaza España building (Madrid) of Santa Lucía. Pero this last workshop was very special for our entrepreneurs, since they had a session specially prepared for them on Wednesday, May 23, which helped them to obtain a clearer vision of marketing.

For the group activity of entrepreneurs and startups, we have the Participation of Miguel Caballero, CEO of Tutellus, who gave a workshop on Blockchain, cryptocurrency and ICO (Initial Coin Offering).During the workshop, Miguel not only talked about Blockchain technology, he also discussed cryptocurrency with the attendees and explained the processes of launching an ICO. Intrapreneurs and startups were able to enjoy their experience as an entrepreneur, which began in the year 2000, and throughout which he has founded several startups. As usual, at the end of the group activity, all the attendees had time to share opinions and network. But the entrepreneurs still had work ahead of them. The next morning they went to Cink Emprender to continue receiving training, in this case, specific to them. This training workshop began with Aitor Espinosa, founding partner and business director of Cocus. Aitor gave a paper on the fundamentals of strategic marketing, in which he discussed the evolution of marketing during the 20th century, competitive advantage and the definition of some parameters of strategic marketing. Later, Raúl del Pozo, CEO of Cink Emprender, made an excellent presentation on winning bids, in which he explained the business cycle, storyboard, structure and pricing. “Without sales there is no business and without winning offers there are no sales,” Raúl explained to the attendees. Without a doubt, they were the most productive days, in which the entrepreneurs and startups knew how to get the most out of it. Although the final is getting closer and closer, the participants in the program still have a lot of work ahead of them. They must attend several individual mentoring sessions and 2 group training workshops, which will help them to take the last push to make the leap to the grand final. From Santalucía IMPULSA we appreciate the effort you make every day in their projects to our participants, and we want to recognize the great work that mentors do to ensure that these projects reach their maximum.
