Intrapreneurship in Santalucía: a recognized success

The second edition of the Acceleration Program Santalucía IMPULSA It's here! This year has been full of new features, including a Entrepreneurship program for employees of the Santalucía Group, “Santalucía ENCOURAGES employees”, a program for incubating projects and developing entrepreneurial skills that offers them the opportunity to develop ideas that generate new business models.

This program is already under way and from the outset it has been a real success, since as soon as the call opened, the first registered participants. Of all those enrolled, those who will be able to participate in the program have already been selected, who have already set to work. Until February, these Intrapreneurs they will work as a group to build their Minimum Viable Product. In addition, the best will be able to access the Master's degree in entrepreneurship and startups from Santa Lucía And will participate in the Demoday Of the month of June together with the rest of the startups in the program Santalucía IMPULSA.

The second workshop was held this past Monday, the 27th, given by Carlos Cendra, Consultant and Startup Mentor at Cink Emprede. Who conducted a session of Value Proposition with the CANVAS model. In the mentoring of the next day the entrepreneurs generated the value proposition of their projects.

They still have 4 training workshops ahead of them with their corresponding mentoring sessions, in which they will learn to conceptualize their projects, traction and marketing channels, different business models, and to prepare impactful presentations and create a powerful Elevator Pitch. With all this, you will be ready to defend your project in the Demo Day on February 22nd of 2018.
