Second mentoring and training session: Personal and team productivity

Share:

Yesterday, Thursday, April 11, the second training and mentoring session of the acceleration program Santalucía IMPULSA. The participants attended a workshop with Pedro Bisbal upon How to be productive both as a team and individually and achieve the objectives set within the established time. The purpose of this workshop was to be productive through working techniques to obtain the best result in the shortest possible time.

Pedro Bisbal, Innsomnia's startup mentor, once again demonstrated his ability to make quality presentations, capturing everyone's attention from the very first minute. With excellent slides and a clear way of telling things in an interesting and direct way, he developed different ideas to increase productivity. The points seen were the following: practice of approach, existing methods, systems and tools.

We can all strive to be more productive, plan our work to develop it the way we really want, learn to distinguish between what is really important and urgent from what simply distracts us and prevents us from achieving our goals effectively... In short, working to be closer to where we want to be every day and dedicating time to what is truly meaningful to us.

In addition, and as will happen in the rest of the sessions, they were held mentoring, in which each startup had a Mentor de Santalucía And a Mentor of Innsomnia who tutor and guide the evolution of the project from the beginning to the end of the program. Mentors are available to them at any comment via email, not just during mentoring. Their objective is to understand the scope and purpose of each project for Grupo Santalucía.

March 25 The third edition of Santalucía IMPULSA began, in which the startups and the selected entrepreneurship projects learned about the planning for the coming months and had their first training and mentoring session. The training was conducted by Juan Bataller, who spoke about the digitalization of the insurance sector, new business models and the impact of new technologies on the insurance world.

There are still four more training and mentoring sessions left before the final demoday. There is still a lot of work ahead, which will be accompanied by new experiences and the acquisition of new knowledge and skills. Startups and entrepreneurs are constantly demonstrating their desire to continue growing professionally and we couldn't be prouder to work with them!
