Growth Workshop for Startups in the seed phase by Miguel Caballero

Yesterday it was held at the offices of Santa Lucía the third training workshop for startups participating in the Santa Lucía Impulsa acceleration program. Miguel Caballero, CEO of Tutellus, was the one who taught it and made all his knowledge available to our entrepreneurs. A startup by definition must be a model of exponential growth. And in this workshop our entrepreneurs have learned methodologies, tools and options for executing and controlling this growth, depending on the phase of the project. How was the workshop going? - First, Miguel Caballero taught our entrepreneurs to grow as startups (Growth): the types, characteristics, different methodologies and their optimization.- Secondly, he taught them about Funnels or conversion funnels: What they are and how to approach them, their control, monitoring and continuous improvement processes.- Thirdly, he made entrepreneurs aware of the tools to manage these Funnels. -Once startups know the tools for managing Funnels, it is important that they keep in mind the tools for analyzing and controlling them, since management without subsequent analysis lacks effectiveness. Therefore, startups were also trained in these tools. -Subsequently, we focus on commercial funnels: B2C, B2B, B2C2B and P2P and sales processes; with the intention that our entrepreneurs master the most important factor of their profits, sales. -Finally, real cases of success and failures were presented, which served as an example to our entrepreneurs.
