El university ecosystem it is a place full of energy and creativity, where students have the opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial skills and bring ideas to action.

In this episode we'll talk to two women entrepreneurs who know this process firsthand because they experience it in their daily lives and are, in a certain part, responsible for transforming the dreams of their students into tangible realities. They are:

  • Pilar Llácer she is a philosopher, a specialist in ethics, digital transformation, talent and culture and a senior advisor in Human Resources. He has been a member of management committees in selection, innovation, training and knowledge management. She currently collaborates in strategic advice for different companies on issues related to Education, Employment, Human Resources, Digital Transformation and Sustainability, she is also director of the Center for Future Work at EAE Business School and author of several books.
  • Verónica Jimenez She is director of the higher degree in entrepreneurship and innovation at ESIC University, director of the ESIC Entrepreneurs unit at ESIC, CEO & Founder of WomanCard Spain, winner of the YUZZ award by Banco Santander for the best entrepreneurial project in 2016 and in 2017 she received the excellent women entrepreneur award by the Repsol Foundation and SECOT, and also Participant of the first edition of Santalucía Impulsa Universities.

In this episode we will discover how they have used their entrepreneurial and innovative talent to inspire young people to have a positive impact on the world. In addition, we will explore how the university ecosystem encourages the growth and success of entrepreneurial students and how they can take advantage of these opportunities in their professional development.
