The entrepreneurs of Santalucía at the halfway point of the program
Since the presentation of the second edition of the entrepreneurship program Santalucía IMPULSA, including their respective news, a lot has happened. Los Intrapreneurs that are part of the program “Santalucía ENCOURAGES employees” they have come a long way since they defined their ideas, which are increasingly taking shape and prospects for the future. After all, that is the objective, because the program aims incubate projects and develop entrepreneurial skills offering employees the opportunity to develop ideas that generate new business models.
The months have passed and we have already reached the halfway point of the program! Which will come to an end with the presentation of the projects In the Demo Day, which will be held on February 22, 2018.
Los Intrapreneurs of Santalucía have come a long way, having already held 3 workshops with their respective subsequent mentoring sessions:
They began on November 13 with the workshop of Design Thinking in empathy and ideation, taught by Alicia Chavero, Innovation Director & Founder at The Crew Concept, followed on the 14th by a session of mentoring on the disruption of ideas and the work plan.
In this first work session, the teams discussed the disruption of the idea with the mentor, studied the market, analyzed the competition and defined their work roles. In other words, they established the necessary bases to start working on their idea.
Later, on 27 November, Carlos Cendra, Consultant and Startup Mentor at Cink Emprede, gave the second workshop of the program on Value Proposition with the CANVAS model. In the session of mentoring In addition, the entrepreneurs generated the value proposition of their projects.
In short, during this second work session, the program participants defined the value proposition of their projects, identified their business model, and established pricing. That is, they shaped the ideas that they had already established how to work on in the first session.
Finally, on December 11, the entrepreneurs attended their third and last workshop of the year, in which they learned the keys to project conceptualization Hand in hand with Roberto Canales, CEO of Autentia and Mentor at Cink Emprede. That same day, the most innovative employees of Santalucía, had their third and final session of the year of mentoring on the Mock-up Design and Branding of the project.
In addition to carrying out the Mock-up design and establishing the Branding of the project, in this session the entrepreneurs determined the necessary functionalities and technologies.
It is a lot of work that the entrepreneurs of Santalucía have developed over the past few months. In addition to workshops of up to 4 hours each, they hold 1.5-hour mentoring sessions, followed by another 1.5 hours of group work.
In each of the sessions, the working groups have feedback on the previous session, carry out the specific work proposed for that session and make a proposal for tasks.
Despite having reached the halfway point of the program, entrepreneurs still have a long way to go, because in 2018 they will attend 3 more workshops with their respective mentoring sessions. All this with the objective of preparing as much as possible to defend your projects on Demo Day. In addition, the best will be able to access the Master in Entrepreneurship and Startups of Santalucía and will participate in the Demo Day of the month of June together with the rest of the startups in the program Santalucía IMPULSA.
Although there is still a long way to go, the intrudence program “Santalucía IMPULSES employees” It has already proven to be a real success, by obtaining last November 24 the ideas4all Innovation Award 2017, which has served as a motivation for the team to continue working for innovation within the company.
El entrepreneurship It is still a bet for Santalucía, and employees are not going to be left out. We are still working to promote the innovation!
