Speaking of entrepreneurship: what does it mean to be an entrepreneur?

It is said that Entrepreneurship is something inherent to human beings and to their motivation to explore and discover. It is also said that an entrepreneur, in part, is born, but that above all you do it and that The key to entrepreneurship is to have the ability to generate innovative ideas and make them a reality.

In recent years, there has been an increase in tendency to undertake and lead your own project or business within the market, and the fact is that starting a business is a decision associated with great enthusiasm and motivation, but it also generates a lot of fear in the face of the difficulties that one will encounter along the way.

The risks associated with entrepreneurship: the fear of failure

The objective is to try to find that innovative idea that is put at the service of society for solve customer problems and meet customer needs through a unique business model.

Today we have with us nothing more and nothing less than Izanami Martínez and José Torrego.

Izanami Martínez

Izanami Martínez has a degree in Anthropology with an Executive MBA at ISEM Fashion Business School and a Management Program at IE Business School. Izanami set up his first project at the age of 18 while studying Anthropology at the UNED. Once she graduated and after finishing her MBA, she began her contact with the Digital World by launching Glossybox in Spain and later Nonabox, a project that would become a European leader. Then he launched Doctor24, a project that he combined with the Presidency of the Spanish Startups Association.

He is currently managing his last project, The Notox Life with her role as a trainer, author and speaker.

José María Torrego

José María Torrego He has a degree in Journalism from the Francisco de Vitoria University and a Master in Marketing and Business Management from the ESIC Business School. He began his professional career collaborating with the national newspapers La Razón and AS. After his time in the family business, he founded the newspaper The Referent in March 2009, which is currently leading and has pivoted towards the leading newspaper in Spain about entrepreneurs and startups.
